When the project first moved into the premises, back in 2002, the existing classrooms were painted white with a lower border of brick-brown. A much used combination in official buildings in Zululand, schools, hospitals, etc. A little worse for wear, but basically white and brown. Not so bad for schools maybe, but for pre-schools? We thought not! As time moved on, I became aware of rondavels around the Endlovini area, very nicely decorated. It turned out that a local artist was being hired to do this decorating. A little detective work ensued and voila, we found him. And yes, he was willing to come and take a look. He and his assistant did an excellent job. There, in his most original and unique design, we found it ...OUR LOGO!
