and the gift I have in mind right now is Mrs Sihlangu! I was sitting in the office minding my own business (mostly) when the Bishop comes and hauls me out. "You must come and see who I have found!" We hurried into the ladies' ward and there sits Mrs Sihlangu! Both Bishop Buthelezi and I knew this very dear lady - he as a student, I as member of the Umpumulo Seminary staff, back in the 80's. We spent happy moments sharing good memories and catching up to where life had led us from then, to this meeting. At Endlovini! On this day, Mrs.Sihlangu had a visitor, her son, who is now a retired teacher. Nice meeting him as well. The Sihlangu family reside now at nearby Esikhaweni, but with no one at home to look after Mrs Sihlangu, who is now 92 years of age. They then chose Enduduzweni! Mrs. Sihlangu worked as cook at the Disocesan Center, just down the road from the Lutheran Seminary. I think she said she was happy with the care now needed and given at Enduduzwini....

Show me any child, anywhere in the world who doesn't like playing with/in water! Children at Endlovini are no exception! Enjoy the delightful photos of children making the most of toy-washing day. And after a busy day, nothing better than a good snooooze!
